this is what they caught right here. the agent goes through the lingerie drawer and then stashes some of what he finds in his back pocket there. police say the guy wasn't even the listing agent. but he did is a keycard. the realtor by the way was arrested. >> creepy. >> kind of sick. here's a story that's no joke. >> yeah. a new york man has been summoned to court for laughing. [ laughter ] >> and there's that laugh. the 41-year-old man has a big laugh which his next-door neighbor doesn't like to hear. the man, who has special needs, says that neighbor mocks and taunts him. so he decided to just laugh at the people next door. but then they slapped him with a ticket for disturbing the peace. the judge upheld the ticket and the case is now moving forward. >> i agree with lawrence. this guy should go to the movies or animation or something. that's a very distinctive laugh. >> it is. i think, elizabeth, when lawrence starts bugging us, we'll just laugh at him.

>> we do that already! [ laughter ] >> wait a minute! [ laughter ] >> all right. thank you, guys. first i want to let you know about some breaking news. a power outage in san leandro. so if you know any folks on san leandro we are hearing about 1,000 customers in the dark this morning. there's an accident near glen drive and dutton avenue. all right. to our live traffic cameras now. this is a live look over the bay bridge. still no metering lights. so it looks like delays only in those middle lanes. not too bad so far this morning, some slight delays couple of minutes to get you on the bay bridge. we got bigger problems coming down the eastshore freeway. if you are traveling westbound 80 in berkeley, that's where there's an accident there westbound 80 approaching ashby avenue. we had an accident up to four cars injuries and now fire and emergency crews are blocking one lane in that area. so we know it is stacked up to at least gilman just a heads up if you are in that area commuting. expect slight delays interest richmond down towards ashby avenue. elsewhere here's a live look
6:14 am
towards the silicon valley commute. westbound 237. no major brake lights so far this morning if you are leaving milpitas heading towards sunnyvale. no problems there. and checking the ride now coming from westbound 580 through the altamont pass. you will notice this drive is now in the yellow so we knew this was going to happen 27 minutes and just one continuous line of brake lights through livermore especially approaching vasco and then it looks like even towards 680 and the dublin interchange. so the officer funeral procession in san jose is impacting vta. they are going to have to reroute lines 22 and 522 for the majority of the day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to alleviate some delays. so heads up there. otherwise, bart, caltrain and ace are all reporting no delays. that is a check of your time- saver traffic. lawrence, where's the turtleneck today? >> no turtleneck! couldn't do that two days in a row. yeah. i know, but we could use it today, yeah. we have some interesting weather outside not only here but in the sierra nevada they are getting some much-needed
6:15 am
snow in the high country. boy, it was coming down. as much as 10" of snow across some of the mountain peaks there and, of course, the skiers are loving that. they will likely see a few more snowflakes into the sierra nevada today. we, on the other hand, could see a few more showers. in fact, our high-def doppler radar showing you some of that moisture most of that lingering just off the coastline. we have the core of the low that's moving along the california coast today kind of skirting the coastline all the way into southern california. so a chance of showers this morning. i think a better chance as we head toward the afternoon and for the commute ride on the way home and the possibility of thunderstorms at the coastline. changes though as we head in toward the weekend. i think if you like spring weather you will love the weekend. here's the low here going to slide all the way down into southern california in the next 24 hours so if you plan a trip in that direction be careful. expect some stormy weather there. computer models picking up on the system a lot of clouds early on and then toward the middle of the day in the afternoon you will notice those showers start to rotate onshore. with that core of the low coming close enough it may be
6:16 am
just unstable enough to spark a couple of thunderstorms. now, as we head throughout the day we are going to see the moisture rotate through into the evening hours. and then this whole system is going to start to sag to the south. once it does it will drag that moisture with it. and we should begin to dry things out as we head in toward tomorrow. that should set the stage for a good weekend. temperatures around the bay area again will be cool. plan on highs only in the 50s. over the next couple of days, the showers coming to an end the better part of friday looking dry and then toward the weekend, how about this? temperatures up near 70 degrees by sunday, monday and tuesday. so hoe's laughing now, guys! [ laughter ] >> you don't bug us very much. >> just sometimes. >> only when you talk.
